Refund Policy
यह policy AstroNagendra Vastu Studio की digital report and verified payment workflow पर लागू है।
1. Client Mode digital report
Complete Vastu Report एक digital service है। Successful paid unlock, report generation या final PDF generation के बाद general dissatisfaction के आधार पर refund normally available नहीं होता।
2. Support or refund may apply when
- Payment successful हुआ लेकिन server-verified access activate नहीं हुआ और issue support team resolve नहीं कर पाती।
- Duplicate charge हुआ हो।
- Technical failure की वजह से ordered digital service deliver नहीं हो सकी।
3. Professional Mode
Professional credit packs के लिए eligibility, first-report quality-check and any refund condition केवल Professional Program page और verified professional workflow में stated current terms के अनुसार लागू होंगे. First-credit quality-check request, जहाँ offered हो, second credit use से पहले applicable timeline में raise की जानी चाहिए।
5. How to request support
Request में order ID, payment ID, registered email/mobile, selected service और issue description दें। Payment gateway/bank timeline अलग हो सकती है; verified approved reversal सामान्यतः original payment method पर process होती है।
6. Not covered
- Incorrect, incomplete or unreadable input uploaded by user.
- Construction, property, engineering, legal or financial outcome expectations.
- Report content with which the user disagrees after successful digital delivery, unless there is a documented technical delivery error.
