Process-first thinking
Factory Vastu page का उपयोग तभी meaningful है जब “factory” को एक generic hall नहीं, बल्कि process chain की तरह दर्ज किया जाए। Material receiving, inspection, cutting, assembly, testing, packing और dispatch—हर unit में sequence अलग हो सकता है। Aisle, loading bay, raw-material rack, machine footprint और staff movement का record इसलिए आवश्यक है क्योंकि empty architectural drawing अक्सर operational reality नहीं दिखाती।
Plant layout में one-time plan और daily running condition अलग हो सकते हैं। Temporary storage, seasonal machine, subcontracting table या blocked passage जैसी facts missing हों तो final mapped discussion कमजोर हो सकती है।
Plant inventory कैसे बनाएं
Inventory की quality map की quality को प्रभावित करती है। A machine के नाम के साथ its working direction, operator side और fixed/repositionable status लिखना future review में useful होता है।
Material flow और people flow
Industrial floor पर goods movement और people movement simultaneously चलते हैं। Forklift lane, trolley path, pedestrian aisle और emergency route को one single movement layer में मिलाने से safety and workflow risk छुप सकता है। Vastu review में भी disciplined drawing मदद करती है क्योंकि actual circulation, external road/gate relation और built zones स्पष्ट होते हैं।
- Receiving point mark करें: material site में कहाँ आता है, gate से inside path क्या है।
- Process order लिखें: cutting, fabrication, assembly, curing, packing या relevant stations क्रम में रखें।
- Storage states अलग रखें: raw, in-process, finished और rejected inventory का mix न करें।
- Dispatch path locate करें: dispatch vehicle loading और public entry relation identify करें।
- Safety lanes preserve करें: emergency exit and required clearance as a non-negotiable layer mark करें।
Equipment placement record
Large machinery के case में “machine is here” पर्याप्त input नहीं है। Anchor bolts, maintenance side, overhead crane, power connection, ventilation, heat/noise source और local safety restrictions need to be documented wherever relevant. Vastu mapping cannot replace equipment manufacturer instructions or competent engineer advice. The purpose is to avoid analysing an inaccurate footprint.
Expansion और relocation
Factory floors अक्सर phase-wise grow होते हैं। New machine, mezzanine, raw-store extension, office cabin, furnace, generator, finished-goods rack या loading dock change होने पर version history maintain करें। Change log से यह पता रहता है कि result किस layout revision पर आधारित था। Old report को new capacity plan पर copy करना avoid करें।
